Orthopedic injuries can happen at any time. At Rutland Regional, if you have an urgent orthopedic issue, you can see a specialist within 24 hours of requesting an appointment by calling our Urgent Access Care Line at 800.625.2937.

For urgent, emergency orthopedic conditions, such as a bone coming out of the skin, or feeling faint or dizzy after an injury, call 911 or go to Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Department.

Killington Medical Clinic

For orthopedic injuries — including sports injuries — that happen on Killington Mountain during the winter ski and snowboarding season, Rutland Regional’s Killington Medical Clinic provides urgent care. This urgent care clinic is only open between November and April, so in the event of an injury when the clinic is closed, the nearest emergency department and urgent care clinics are located off the mountain in nearby Rutland, VT.

The doctors at Killington Medical Clinic are board certified in family practice, sports medicine, and emergency medicine, and have experience treating many types of ski and snowboard injuries.
