How We Manage Your Care

Rutland Regional knows how important it is to get care right away when you’re having a spine problem. That’s why when you make an appointment to see a spine expert at Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic, we’ll connect you with our patient management system through Cerner Systems. This patient management system will collect your medical information ahead of time, and a spine specialist will review it within 24 hours. That way, you’ll be paired with the right doctor to ensure treatment as quickly as possible.

Once our specialists have helped you choose a treatment plan, you’ll be connected with a nurse navigator. Our nurse navigators will explain your treatment process, answer your questions, and coordinate your care. The supportive connection between our nurse navigators and patients is what truly puts the Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic’s spine care program ahead of the curve.
