LNA Program at Rutland Regional

Rutland Regional Medical Center has had a long tradition of supporting staffs’ professional growth, recognizing this as a foundational investment in our ability to deliver exceptional care to our patients. The internal LNA program is a newly developed program running its first cohort of students in May of 2024. The Education & Clinical Excellence Department designed and implemented this innovative program to help support not only current employees but those in our community who have interest in obtaining there LNA license and want to work at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
