About Me

Carlton Kellogg, PA-C is a member of the Rutland Regional Behavioral Health team. While attending Elmira College, Elmira, NY, Carlton worked in a residential care facility which, along with a love of sciences, cemented his interest in a career in medicine. Prior to earning his physician assistant degree, Carlton worked as a Psychiatric Technician here at Rutland Regional, as well as an EMT for Fair Haven Rescue.

It takes a lot of bravery to understand you need help and then take that first, often difficult, step to actually seek it. I find it incredibly rewarding to work with these patients and take the responsibility of their care very seriously.

Born at Rutland Regional Medical Center, Carlton grew up in Proctor. He is very happy to be in the Rutland area and enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as  fishing, kayaking and other outdoor activities.
